Position Overview

Role: Senior 3D Animator
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension based on performance and project scope)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in 3D animation for film, TV, or games
Location: WFO

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Animate compelling, stylized character performances that support story, emotion, and personality

  • Interpret storyboards and layout to create believable acting and physicality

  • Collaborate with animation leads and directors to maintain visual and narrative consistency

  • Troubleshoot and refine animation based on feedback, ensuring quality and clarity

  • Work with rigging and tech teams to identify and communicate rigging needs or improvements

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture with high creative standards

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong animation reel showcasing character performance, acting beats, and solid body mechanics

  • Proficiency in Maya (required); experience with Blender or game engines is a plus

  • Deep understanding of timing, spacing, weight, and visual storytelling

  • Ability to work independently and take feedback constructively

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Bonus: Experience working on stylized or family-oriented animation content
