Position Overview
Role: Senior 3D Animator
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension based on performance and project scope)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in 3D animation for film, TV, or games
Location: WFO
Key Responsibilities

Animate compelling, stylized character performances that support story, emotion, and personality

Interpret storyboards and layout to create believable acting and physicality

Collaborate with animation leads and directors to maintain visual and narrative consistency

Troubleshoot and refine animation based on feedback, ensuring quality and clarity

Work with rigging and tech teams to identify and communicate rigging needs or improvements

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture with high creative standards
What We’re Looking For

A strong animation reel showcasing character performance, acting beats, and solid body mechanics

Proficiency in Maya (required); experience with Blender or game engines is a plus

Deep understanding of timing, spacing, weight, and visual storytelling

Ability to work independently and take feedback constructively

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus: Experience working on stylized or family-oriented animation content
