Position Overview

Role: Human Resource Manager
Contract Duration: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in an Human Resource Manager role
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Office

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance and offboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and programs that support a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Work closely with department heads to understand team needs and ensure smooth recruitment and staffing.

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and promote team well-being.

• Coordinate appraisals, reviews, and skill development plans.

• Organize team-building activities, workshops, and studio-wide initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain proper documentation.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an HR role—preferably within a creative, media, or tech environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Empathy, discretion, and a people-first mindset.

• Familiarity with HR tools, performance systems, and digital onboarding platforms.

• Ability to work independently and support a remote/hybrid team.

• A love for creative culture and team building is a big bonus!
