Position Overview
Role: 3D Modelling & Texturing Artist
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension based on performance and project scope)
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in 3D modeling and texturing for animation, film, vfx or gaming.
Location: WFO
Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of high-quality, stylized or realistic 3D assets including characters, props, and environments

Develop clean, optimized UVs and apply detailed textures using both PBR and hand-painted techniques

Work closely with concept artists, riggers, and animators to ensure assets are production-ready

Maintain visual consistency and meet technical requirements across all assets

Implement feedback effectively while balancing creative vision and production deadlines

Ensure proper organization and documentation of assets within the studio pipeline
What We’re Looking For

A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional modeling and texturing skills across characters, props, and environments

Deep understanding of form, anatomy, topology, and surface detail

Proficiency with tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and Photoshop

Strong grasp of PBR workflows, stylized aesthetics, and optimization best practices

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team

Bonus: Experience with stylized animation or VFX projects for children and family audiences
