Position Overview
Role: Senior 3D Rigger
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension based on performance and project scope)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in rigging for animation, film, VFX, or gaming
Location: WFO
Key Responsibilities

Build flexible, production-ready rigs for characters, props, and creatures with clean deformations and intuitive controls

Collaborate with modeling and animation teams to ensure rigs support expressive, stylized performances

Apply strong skinning techniques and create facial/secondary motion setups as needed

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement creative solutions throughout the production

Maintain rigging consistency and contribute to tool development and pipeline improvements

Ensure rigs are well-documented and delivered efficiently within project timelines
What We’re Looking For

A strong reel demonstrating character, facial, and mechanical rigging expertise

Solid understanding of anatomy, topology, skinning, and deformation principles

Proficiency in Maya (required); experience with Python scripting and rigging toolsets is a plus

Familiarity with stylized rigs and cartoony deformation setups

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Experience working on children’s or family-focused animated content
